Return Window
Engines and parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Custom or made-to-order engines are final sale unless defective.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization and prepaid freight label where applicable. Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5\u201310 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the item. Outbound freight charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to installed or opened engines returned for reasons other than a defect covered by warranty.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Defective items within the warranty period are handled under our Warranty terms at no cost to you.
